Expert bonus

Members with a high category score carry extra rating weight in that discipline. Peer validation from someone who has been there themselves counts more.

Score decay: Contributions older than 90 days are weighted at 70% to reward consistent, recent activity over historical reputation alone.

LinkedIn integration

HelpStack uses LinkedIn OAuth for identity verification. We access your public profile only -- name, role, and profile photo. We do not post to your LinkedIn or access your connections.

Data retention

If your application is unsuccessful, your data is deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@helpstack.app.
